AccentSoft and AtomPark Software Partner to Create Passcovery Ltd.

AccentSoft has partnered with AtomPark Software to create Passcovery Ltd., a brand-new company to offer password audit services and software to users of office and Internet applications. AccentSoft, founded in 1999 and known among the industry for its software titles in the areas of corporate security and password recovery, receives 80% ownership of the new company. AtomPark Software, founded in 2001 and employing 25 skilled professionals in the areas of information security and corporate productivity, owns 20% of the shares.

Passcovery Ltd., the newly formed company, will concentrate on development and marketing of corporate security, password audit and password recovery software for the corporate market. The new company will release corporate and enterprise versions of various password recovery tools developed by AccentSoft and AtomPark Software, and will feature newly developed client-server technologies to reach the enterprise market.

AccentSoft owns major interest in the new company. AccentSoft will continue operating its password recovery business, while Passcovery will open new horizons to the company in reaching the corporate and enterprise markets. AccentSoft is ready to take the opportunity to increase its user base by entering the new market.

AtomPark Software supplies the new company with intellectual property including the results of vulnerability analysis and security research of Microsoft Office suite. After transferring rights to its intellectual property to the new company, AtomPark will concentrate on developing and marketing StaffCop, its top of the line product for corporate security monitoring.
